Libraries (and the world for that matter) are full of signs.

Most of these tell you what not to do – Don’t talk on your cell phone – No eating – No talking etc.

But this video by Dan Pink argues the case, quite convincingly I think, that perhaps we should start focusing on signs that demonstrate empathy rather than forcing people/students to adhere to rules…

So perhaps change No Talking or Quiet Please to Future Leaders Thinking, Please Be Quiet ? I don’t know if that sounds right (still sounds a bit librarianish to me) but it could be a start
